About Us!
The Crayon box daycare and preschool provide high quality care and education for children, aged from 3 months to 6 years by providing a well-planned curriculum and a high standard of pre-school education.
We are focused on all areas of development: emotional, physical, social & intellectual by encouraging children to become independent and provide a gentle and safe environment to an
educational setting to build the child’s confidence and help the transition between pre-school and school.
We work in partnership with parents or guardians to help children to learn and develop and to keep them informed of their child’s development and well being at all times.
Communications
We focus on listening, presenting & public speaking because young children learn best through active participation, all these concepts and skills are learned through exploration, investigation, play, and focused intentional teaching.
By making connections between diverse skills and concepts across learning domains, we support children in becoming critical thinkers, problem-solvers, and innovators.
Philosophy
In all our early education programs, we teach a curriculum founded on the integration of Science, Technology, Arts, and Mathematics, into learning experience. We want our little learners to develop and grow so they can navigate the world successfully.
Helping Your Child Explore, Grow, & Learn
Our programme is guided by a highly trained and experienced Educator and is designed to meet the needs of each individual child.
The programme provides theme-based units of learning, which provide a meaningful context for learning and development.
Our small class sizes allow for individual attention to each child with continuous assessment.
What We Offer
School Times
- We have full day or half day options:
- 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- 7am to 13:30pm), Full Week
- We are open all year round, except public holidays and a three week break in December
